A standard custom home build takes approximately 10 to 14 months from breaking ground to final handover, depending on the home's size, complexity, and structural design. We provide a comprehensive, phase-by-phase timeline during our design phase so you can track progress transparently.
We handle the entire process. Our team coordinates directly with local building departments and municipality offices to draft and submit engineering/architectural plans, secure all structural, electrical, and plumbing permits, and schedule inspections to guarantee compliance with all building codes.
We partner with premier local and international suppliers to source top-grade, high-durability materials. You have absolute freedom to choose your custom finishes, fixtures, and appliances. We also arrange private visits to local partner design showrooms so you can experience and select finishes firsthand.
We employ a highly transparent, fully documented Change Order process. If you decide to adjust a layout, upgrade a material, or add a custom smart feature mid-construction, we write up a formal estimate detailing any changes in material costs, labour, and timeline. Work on that specific item only proceeds once you have reviewed and signed off on the document.
Every custom home build we deliver is backed by a comprehensive builder warranty covering structural elements, major systems, and fine finishes. We do not walk away at handover, we schedule proactive walk-throughs at 3 months and 11 months post-completion to ensure every single detail remains in perfect working order.
